People can Google tetracycline teeth. There's lots of info on this. There were lots of drugs used during pregnancy that had much worse side effects. Like thalidomide....caused deformation. My mom said no thanks when it was offered...or I might have been born with deformation.

I have the same issue with my teeth. I had acne very bad all through my teenage years. My dermatologist prescribed me Techraciline every day for many many years.

My mother doesn't remember taking Tetracycline when she was pregnant with me, but she is 81. She must have though.

I have tetracycline stain also. Born in 62 and had chronic tonsillitis when I was a kid. A dentist told me that my bones would slo have the same stains!!

It was pretty common in our generation if her mothers took tetracycline while pregnant or if children got tetracycline when they were little while their permanent teeth were still forming that’s why they don’t use tetracycline that much anymore

I was born in 1961, they must have given my mom that stuff when she was pregnant coz I have yellow teeth. I did use that brand of whitening strips and they did help, alot...Good Luck
