They can’t blame the camera. The camera didn’t put cuffs on someone without a proper investigation.

I mean they do have got an auto reading system which flags high profile vehicles, I agree over excessive use of force, and didn’t need to cuff anyone I’m assuming this was a process or test that was implemented on procedure to help lower the Chase rate (Don’t agree with it just giving my thoughts)

Yeah, but the pleasure to put a female in handcuffs was too tempting. He had to do that. He had to show his authority to put persons in a handcuff for pleasure. It wasn’t checking out first to see if they were wrong no it’s guilty first what a disgusting officers. These are yeah put people in handcuffs first and then get the pleasure from that and then maybe look at the fact what a disgusting set of officers trauma to be put in handcuffs. I’ll bet you this mother of a baby is never gonna look at the police same. They couldn’t even bother checking the plate properly no straight to the torture tools. To get a little pleasure from the and then check the plate properly.
