@abbyexplainsitall: Little Anthony was admitted to the hospital yesterday. He’s been on IV fluids and IV zofran. They saw “air fluid levels” on his abdominal xray and they think it’s from ileus (the bowel temporarily asleep and disorganized) after being sick, or a blockage (not likely because of how he’s presenting) or severe stomach or intestinal infections. We are waiting for some more test and blood work to come back. He started to vomit everywhere last night and refused to eat or drink. I want him to be able to go home so badly but, more than that, I just want him better. Today is day 12, I haven’t slept, I honestly know I’m only functioning right now because of the supernatural strength of God. I know I’m physically exhausted, but I don’t feel it. Super grateful for our amazing tribe that has rallied around us to make it possible for us to be here with him and still know the other kids are being well loved. 🤎
