na im doing the strategic method. i started with paper now im doing prop firms but instead of blowing that money im moving it to a live account. goal is to get at least 10-50k on live before staying there forever. entire point of funded accounts is to use their large capital to increase my own capital

I think the opposite. I hate props because I stay blowing em and my psychology is BS bc ik it ain’t my money so it’s not helpin me but I do so well on my live acct cause it’s my money and I learned patience and discipline doin live but deff suggest beginners to try props first bc to each its own

I’d say firstly start paper trading and build confidence with your strategy and entry don’t even start on a prop because trading a prop in your learning phase is not going to be beneficial at all you’re going to continuously blow it and most likely never see a payout stage in the learning phase additionally also messing up your psychology real bad!

I see ppl saying they respect a real account more than prop firms, but at the end of the day- money is money, that's part of the psychology. so the same mindset we have for our personal account should be had for a prop firm account. The psychology is everything
