![Solo spa dates might just be my favourite form of self-care lately 🤍 Spent the day at The View Spa at the Radisson Blu in Sandton and honestly… 10/10 experience. I went for a full body hot stone massage (my absolute winter go-to) and it was everything I needed. Warm, relaxing, peaceful, the kind of treatment that makes you forget about the outside world for a while. After my massage, I spent some time by the heated pool watching my series, had pizza for lunch, and just allowed myself to slow down for once. No rushing. No pressure. Just rest. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There’s something really beautiful about taking yourself out, enjoying your own company, and giving yourself the same care you so easily give to everyone else. Definitely one of my favourite solo date experiences so far.
