@tanyscooking: The easiest bunshaping I've ever made. Brioche dough, cabbage filling and your hands. Ingredients for the dough: 200g milk 50g youghurt 13g instant yeast 2 eggs 80g sugar 80g melted butter 6g salt 575g bread flour -combine all the ingredients and let it rest for 20min -add 20g vegetable oil -knead around 10min -leave the dough for fermentation for 30 min -stretch and fold -fermentation continues for around 40-60min -divide the dough into small pieces( I usually take 70g for each bun) -rest for 10min -shape buns according to my video or another way, double rising -brush the buns with egg+milk -bake them for 20min in the preheated oven to 200°C -enjoy!🤤 #baking #buns #brioche #булочки #panini
