I found a plant I’ve been looking for at Lowe’s today but it looked BAD and was the last one. I asked if they do markdowns for dying plants and THEY DID!!!!

My tip at big box store is that you should bring a red marker and look for plants with a dying leaf. Use the marker to draw a line through the price and tadaa you have a clearance plant.

Check the actual species because a lot of the cheap ones are the white bird of paradise or the traveler's palm, which grows huge.We're talking thirty forty feet.And will never bloom in the home.While the other one might be the orange burger paradise, which stays smaller and will bloom for you

Most of the time, inside, you're paying for the cache pot. One time in particular I found a plant I REALLY wanted, but it was close to a whopping $50! But on the way out I discovered the SAME species and variety that was actually bigger and better looking for just $17! I always check now.
