I don’t identify as asexual at all. I’m physically attracted to men and women. Only fall in love with men though. I have an extremely low sex drive and do not feel sexual about myself. Me and my bf just reached 7 years together. Sexuality, more often than not, does not need to be explained to other people. Your sex drive and actual sexual activity is not anyone’s business. It’s also not pathological. Feels and bodies are way more complex than people think. You’d have to create a new label for every single individual’s experience. You can lack physical attraction and still like sex. You like sex and not want to have it unless you’re in love. You can be attracted to people like sex but have low sex drive. You have sex drive and not want anyone else involved due to trauma. You can only experience attraction if you like someone and just so happen to never like anyone. Please stop feeling weird or overthinking your experiences. Just live and be and accept feelings as them come and go

Am I okay to ask how you know you're asexual? Like in general how people figure that out? Like when we're kids we're told to try our food cause "how do you know you don't like it if you've never tried it" so it just makes me wonder how you know?
