For everyone saying and arguing that Wonder Woman isn’t the most influential superhero of all time, and then arguing heroes that aren’t the Trinity is crazy. Wonder Woman is arguably the most influential because she showed that a woman could be the main hero of a story, possess great physical power, be a leader, and capable of succeeding independently. During the time of her debut especially and still now, she is a symbol of women’s empowerment, gender equality, female strength, leadership, and breaking stereotypes about what women can achieve. You can argue that, for example Spider-man. He holds the idea that ordinary people can make a difference and his iconic proverb “with great power, comes great responsibility” but I think Batman and Superman objectively represent those better. Batman, because of the power he holds through human determination and no superhuman abilities and Superman in a more idealized way compared to Spider-man. Also, I could go on about Superman’s influence aswell for his representation of immigration, but this video is about Wonder Woman, and I still believe she is the most INFLUENTIAL fictional superhero.
