Everyone reacts differently on Reta. It’s not all the same reactions. I don’t throw up at all. It got rid of the food noise but I eat just fine. I still eat reg food just able to not indulge. I eat just about anything I want just in portions. Why so much hate? If it’s not for you it’s just not for you.
