i just want to remind everyone how important it is to keep sugar away from concrete, sugar can severely damage freshly poured concrete and lead to costly delays and repairs. as little as 4 pounds of sugar can compromise an entire cement trucks load.

It should’ve been a watershed study done prior to construction, and they should’ve had retention ponds all around that site before it even started.

I don’t understand how a Data center has caused a flood? Seems like Mother Nature typically causes floods or I guess we’re saying they improperly did site work without the adequate drainage 🤷🏽♂️
