@sike_usdetailing: A client brings his car in for a full interior detail and acts weird from the start. I get to work on the center console, deep in the grime… and a button pops off. He explodes. Wants me to cover the repair, 200 bucks. Thing is, I know exactly what I'm doing. I hold the button up to the light and I can see the superglue residue right around the clip. He'd glued it himself before dropping the car off, banking on it breaking loose during the detail. This kind of move happens more than people think in car detailing.
