Yusuf says the murder of Henry Nowak shows evidence of so-called "two-tier policing" in the country. Nowak was stabbed to death by Vickrum Digwa in 2025, and police bodycam footage showed police handcuffed the 18-year-old despite telling officers he had been stabbed.
