the funeral industry is a scam that has warped societys view of death and dead bodies. i used to want to go to school for MS but switched paths because of what i learned about the origins of embalming and the industry and the exploitation and grief it puts families through in an already painful time.

as a removal tech the job can be very draining, u lose a lot of free time, miss holidays, events, bdays’ and so much but at the end of the day u did help a family in need 🖤❤️

I still mourn (joke not intended lol) my future career as a mortician. I simply can't do some of the physical tasks required long term due to a disability I acquired in college. However, the interest has never gone away to be involved in the funeral business so here's to hoping somebody out there needs an accountant for that sort if thing lmao
