They were also very transparent that the pre-order will ship out in June so what are you even talking about?? I knew that before I even placed my order in March

This is not a drop shipping brand…just wanted to clarify! They are all custom pieces with custom sizing and fabrics. But pre orders are specifically a “made to order” order placement for the consumers who may have not been able to get their hands on them at the time of drop. There are sooo many factors that go into the timeline of receiving products (customs is horrible) which can be completely out of the brands control. Many activewear brands like SET do this as well. Liason also from what I’ve heard is a very small brand that blew up FAST. They most likely don’t have the resources you think they do. All of that money most likely is going back into the business to purchase bulk orders. Everything you stated is not “stealing”. I understand that it may seem confusing but as someone who has worked with several ecom brands…this is very very normal.

I understand where you’re coming from but that’s not how preorders work unfortunately! The timeline was always June, and they did say that it would be restocked at some point. The other collections are entirely separate in terms of fulfillment timelines and are planned months in advance.

Just loud and wrong I fear…. Pre order is preorder for a reason and these drops are planned months in advance!! “Without having the product in hand” that’s quite literally what a preorder is!!

How is it stealing if you’re going to get your product? She did the preorder to meet the demands and make the customers happy. The timeline has always been 12-15 weeks (the end of June). Also, drops are planned months in advance. Is she just supposed to not sell anything new until she gets these preorder stuff in?

Every update and communication since March has been that the pre-order will ship by end of June. Other launches will happen because they’re separate from pre-order. The restock is separate as well. Pre-order is a from scratch process. You order, they send it in to be made. The launches and restocks are already in motion so of course they get shipped and processed sooner.

but the brand definitely had the next two collections planned/ordered/paid for before you ever preordered and gave them your money. you don’t have to like the unlimited preorder system or even think it’s a good business model, but i genuinely think you’re reading malicious intent where there isn’t any. and if it was the polka dot/mocha brown/soft pink preorder, i literally bought from it too so we’re in the same boat and it was always 12-15 weeks. not sure what restock you mean but it was either returns that were then stocked back on the site, or likely the owner did order more stock back when the brand first started blowing up before the drop and was going to restock it when that extra inventory arrived, but then ALSO opened the unlimited preorder to satisfy demand. some brands do that to give the customers who missed out the first time around a chance to buy the exact items we want without having to be stressed about the restock selling out before we can get anything yet again

the website and all social media clearly states 12-15 weeks for the pre order, which started once it closes. the polka dot restock was planed before the preorder was even placed. hope this helps 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Lastly I have to say the website is verryyyyy transparent about shipping right now, especially when you consider the political implications of shipping lately.

They had to make the orders first. They already started development on other launch. She had an UNLIMITED pre order so everyone can get it.

Even though they do drops, they still consistently restock all of the best sellers so not really a “drop” company

Collections are planned so far in advanced, so actually it makes perfect sense for her to drop a new collection that was already planned (definitely before march) before the preorders that are placed in march are ready to be shipped. They have to work within the constraints of the manufacturer since they are a small business. Also ive ordered from her preorders and its always been extremely clear what the timeline is at the point of purchase. It’s fine to say you want your order quicker but this is not stealing

I also ordered from this same pre-order and she was transparent about how long it would take from the start! She also explained on her personal TikTok how the order of the drops would work and was SUPER transparent about the way her manufacturing times would be w the upcoming drops I don’t see how this is an issue when u bought knowing ur order would be a preorder tbh… we’re also blessed that’s she’s beyond transparent w the preorder process as most brands don’t have their founders updating their customers via multiple TikToks a day💖

i think u dont understand the whole pre-order works..the stuff thats dropping now has been planned for a long time, things get “restocked “ from some returns etc, a preorder is made from starting over and it comes from China , she’s been super transparent

You preordered meaning you are getting your product at a later date. That’s not stealing.

when she has collections she is mass producing the collection so that everyone can get what they ordered based on stock that she has in house for that collection. she has stated for pre orders that they are individually produced and are manufactured based on individual orders and that takes time (10-12 weeks). she has her collections planned out months in advance so she orders the amount she needs and has them in stock way before she announces the collection and then launches it.

what color way did you get? i don’t feel like i saw a pre order and a regular drop of the same polka dot bra! but there’s been plenty of drops since then yes, but also plenty that are stuck in customs. there’s supposed to be a bridal collection coming out next week, but it’s stuck in customs and won’t launch on time! the sunchasers collection coming out tomorrow was put in production forever ago and was able to clear customs. these are definitely custom pieces that they create themselves, and this is so hurtful to bash their company with untrue statements! i promise they’re not stealing anyone’s money…. i had a pair of shorts that got a hole in them and they refunded me without me even having to send the product back… that’s A+ customer service to me! completely understand your frustration but also think that a “pre order” is a guarantee you’ll get the item… even if they drop the same item later on, it might sell out before you get it!
