@turtlepsych: About three months ago, I noticed that every morning Pat would go outside, meditate, journal, and then go on his phone to check an app. One day, I asked him what he was doing on his phone. He told me that he uses the @finchcare app to help him with his daily routines. I immediately downloaded it and it’s been so transformative. Its showed me that I could celebrate the little wins of life. After using the app for about a month, I reached out to them to collab (bc why not?) and now we’re officially Finch Creators! #teenagemutantninjaturtles #finchpartners #fyp #SelfCare #therapy
