very fortunate to find my peeps who wanted the closing shifts. They hated opening so I switched with them on NYE. Kept my closing shift NYD though! So I got off early NYE, took a nap and spent the final hrs of that yr at Yacht club watching the fireworks🥰

I did that at wide world of sports one night. I was working the grounds crew. Started at 4am worked all day, did the braves spring training game, left at 930/10pm and back again at 4am

I got a clopening as a CP. It was Food and Wine Marathon and the CP buses stopped running before we all could get home. They claimed they had no idea we were still there or that the event had happened. Meanwhile the last three buses had been jammed full and there was still a massive line.

During my DCP someone messed up and I had a shift that got off at midnight (not really I was QSR) and my next day shift was at 5 am. I went to my coord and they were like “yeaaa that’s a mistake but we still need you can we just let you off early?”
