@paulinareitman: My version of a dot cake🧁 Cake: • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour • 3 large eggs • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt • 2 scoops Vanilla or Birthday cake Protein Powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp baking powder —Mix all ingredients together and pour into a round cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let cool completely, then cut out circles for your cake Cream Cheese Frosting: • 1/4 cup full fat cottage cheese • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract —Blend together until smooth and creamy and refrigerate for 30 min Assembly: Layer cake rounds with frosting, then frost the top.
