@shannonmckinstrie: If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’ve probably noticed I’ve never been the person telling you to become a content robot. Somewhere along the way, creators were taught that every post needed to educate, teach, provide value, or establish authority. And while all of that has a place… People can find information anywhere. Google has information. ChatGPT has information. What people can’t get anywhere else is your lived experience. Your stories. Your perspective. Your opinions. Your process. The lessons you’ve learned from actually doing the thing. That’s the stuff that creates connection. That’s the stuff people remember. And ironically, it’s often the stuff that grows the fastest. So yes, I care about growth. But I’ve always believed the fastest path to sustainable growth isn’t sounding more like everyone else. It’s sounding more like yourself. Because Instagram was never just about content. It was always about people. Thoughts? Weigh in! ❤️
