ts so buns literally just do preacher curl, reverse curl, tricep extension, and a wrist curl all you need is one exercise per muscle group twice a week you alreay hit these muscles alot in pressing for triceps and gripping for forearms and rows for biceps

this is great exercises but make sure you’re only doing 1 exercise per head of each muscle, so like 1 or 2 triceps to hit all 3 heads, 1 bicep curl variation, and 1 curl to hit the brachialis etc
