He testified in federal court on April 15, 2026. A federal judge listened. And then called his story a "magic bullet theory" that "defies common sense." She said his testimony was not credible. She denied his Motion to Vacate on June 1, 2026. His conviction is now final. No more appeals. Josh Duggar will remain in federal prison serving 151 months (12.5 years) until approximately 2035.
