@crimewithmegs: Josh Duggar tried to overturn his CSAM conviction. He came up with an elaborate story about how he mailed his appeal—5 stamps on one envelope, 14 stamps on the other, postage due marked on it, one never postmarked, both arriving weeks late. He testified in federal court on April 15, 2026. A federal judge listened. And then called his story a "magic bullet theory" that "defies common sense." She said his testimony was not credible. She denied his Motion to Vacate on June 1, 2026. His conviction is now final. No more appeals. Josh Duggar will remain in federal prison serving 151 months (12.5 years) until approximately 2035. The children whose abuse created the material he possessed and distributed don't get appeals either. They live with it forever. He tried to wiggle out. Failed. The judge sealed it shut. This is accountability. 🔒 #JoshDuggar #JusticeSystem #FederalCourt #Accountability #duggarsnark
