I started on 1.0 reta 3 weeks ago and it was too much as no appetite at all ( alcohol cravings gone which I’m super happy with). On 0.5 now what’s a bit better but have been so tired this week. Do you know which peptide is good with reta for energy levels? Tia 🥰

Hey Gem. I was on reta for a while but the tiredness lethargy and overall will to live(dramatic) was getting worse and worse, also wasn't losing weight it was actually going up and up (but that could possibly be due to the down in the dumps feelings also) . it was a vicious circle and I persevered till I couldn't any more. the weight gain was also causing mental health issues and I was FREAKING OUT that I was going to put it all back on again. Soooooo I decided to switch it up and go back on tirs and hey presto...back on track...energy back to normal and no more depressive thoughts thank God. I bumped it right up to a big dose and will keep it there till im back down to my happy place and then go to maintenance dose. in the last order I got some NAD but haven't started using that yet but will give it a shot this week just out of interest to see how it goes...but long story short im certain the reta was causing the tiredness and negative feelings and thoughts . have you heard anyone else say this?
