@sociellezoe: Since getting made redundant/laid off, I’ve learnt so much about myself and life in general. To anyone going through the same thing right now, or going through a period of unemployment, you will get through this and there is sunshine after the storm. I’ve not found employment yet but I already know that losing my job is the best thing that could have happened to me and it was a blessing in disguise. I’ve been put on a road that I never would have taken otherwise. I had no room for growth in my last job even though I enjoyed it and I stayed because I felt comfortable. I don’t have all the answers yet but that’s ok and that what’s the start of rebuilding my dream life is looking like. #startingover #hopecore #40s #midlife #corporate
