For me, light language has often moved through my voice — but now I’m wondering if it wants to move through my hands too. Through gestures. Through symbols. Through energy. Through sacred movement that doesn’t need to make sense to the mind before it is understood by the soul. I still believe in grounding, rest, hydration, and paying attention to the physical body — because the body is sacred too.
