I just had 2 kids and 2 c sections in 2 years and am the heaviest and most out of shape I've ever been. And I agree with you 100%. My husband and I are planning a 2 week vacation in 2028 to go to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef and Arches and we are both committed and SO excited to get in shape together for this trip and I'm even more excited on how working towards our common goal of health will only make our marriage stronger ❤️

I lost myself while caring for my grandma. Was heavy and miserable. My husband was heavy and miserable. He also has health issues. I started my road to fitness and he followed. He's lost over 165lbs, quit smoking and is completely sober. We did it for each other!! So proud of him.
