@thequietmom: Blueberry Honey Lemon Jam 🫐🍋🐝 Ingredients * 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries * 2 tablespoons raw honey * 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice * 1 teaspoon lemon zest * 1–2 tablespoons chia seeds * Pinch of sea salt Instructions 1. Add blueberries to a small saucepan over medium heat. 2. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and release their juices. 3. Mash the berries with a fork or spatula 4. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sea salt. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds. 6. Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes. The chia seeds will thicken the jam as it cools. 7. Taste and add more honey or lemon if desired. 8. Transfer to a clean glass jar and refrigerate.
