@sig: walking you through my leg day 👩🏻‍🍳 i’ve been locked in so it’s time to share a snippet of it :,) here’s the workout: - warm up (mobility, walk, light machine work) - cable kickbacks (push with your heel, toes outward, drive back) - hip thrusts (push through your heel, 90 degree angle, pulse at the end) - RDL’s (push your bottom back & up, keep back straight) - glute hyperextension (rounded back, pull through hamstring/glute) - hamstring curl :) let me know what you think! @YOUNGLA | Signa 🪽💝 #legdayworkout #legday
