I'm sure we can all agree, anytime we've been pulled over for a rolling stop, the first thing out of the cop's mouth is always to ask the passenger in the backseat if their name is and somehow already calling them by their name that they're asking about without even having asked for identification. that doesn't seem like a setup at all.😂😂😂

I’m sick of seeing this. Cops involved in this need to be behind bars for life. Any LEO blatantly trampling on the constitution should have all freedoms and finances stripped away. We need harsher penalties or this will continue to happen. They drag down the reputations of hard working officers and police departments.

That’s obviously a pretextual stop. He immediately leaned into the car shine a flashlight on the passenger and attempted to identify him for the purpose of retaliation. The entire department should be relieved of duty.
