I am ball player my self but with a beating practice tool like that your going to want to adjust the hit because look at were is height wise compared to her it needs be be a little lower yes that in the box but its high and in the box and you want he to hit a middle of batters box

Keep feet planted spread shoulder length apart, turn into the swing using hips. Hands to chest (with bat) before swinging (will prevent high/low swings) -just a tip from a baseball girl
