you only need shoulder press and lateral raise any variation of both for 2 sets brought to failure (heavy enough to get 6-8 reps) and you’ll have great shoulders i promise

This is too much volume, Cable Lou Raises, cable cross body reverse fly, and military press is all you need. 5 sets total 6-8 reps heavy for strength, 10-12 reps controllable weight for volume, always progressive overload.
