Potato Snack 3 adet orta boy patatesi haşlayın. Suyunu süzdükten sonra tamamen pürüzsüz bir kıvam elde etmek için süzgeçten geçirin. 3 dilim ekmeği kısa süre suya batırıp çıkarın ve suyunu iyice sıkarak patateslere ekleyin. Üzerine 1–1,5 su bardağı nişasta ilave edin. Nişasta miktarını patateslerin büyüklüğüne ve hamurun kıvamına göre ayarlayabilirsiniz. Ben 1,5 su bardağı kullandım. İnce kıyılmış maydanoz ekleyin. Tuz, karabiber, kekik ve pul biber ilave edip tüm malzemeleri güzelce yoğurun. Hamurdan istediğiniz büyüklükte parçalar alıp şekil verin. Kızgın yağda altın rengini alana kadar kızartın. Sıcak servis edin. Boil 3 medium-sized potatoes. Drain well, then pass them through a sieve to achieve a completely smooth texture. Briefly dip 3 slices of bread in water, squeeze out all the excess moisture, and add them to the potatoes. Add 1–1½ cups of starch. Adjust the amount depending on the size of the potatoes and the consistency of the mixture. I used 1½ cups. Add finely chopped parsley. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes, then knead everything together until well combined. Shape the mixture as desired. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
