As an mri tech, any time we need VA orders changed, I cry and have to reschedule the patient. I tried one time and was routed around the state over 5 hours and no one could help me 😭

Not including the 2 hour hold times in between calls. The call to the phantom community care number the 3 week wait for VA community care to get back to you just to tell you that you have to wait another month to tell you the Civ doctor doesn’t accept community care and you have to start over. 988 press 1 for vets

I had to go buy a cd player to view my medical records from the VA. I went to Walmart. Walmart had ONE cd player. Not one kind. Just ONE. Im assuming it had been lost and shuffled on the shelf for a decade.
