Whole grains as part of a well rounded diet are objectively healthy. And most importantly: no they don’t recommend that be your baby’s first food. They recommend breast milk or formula. They recommend it as an option for first solid food because it isn’t dangerous and presents minimal choking hazard

I want to thank you dr. Baker for your carnivore diet. You your diet saved my life. 68 pounds down. Off of all my blood pressure medication. Off of my type two diabetes medication no more diabetes.
