I've worked there for over 10 years now and we are ready to strike for as long as needed. Our membership has had the time to save up some since we knew this was most likely going to be the outcome. Top out in 2008 was $29. $29 in 2008 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $44.86 today when you include inflation. We are topped out at $22 now... we are STILL making 50% less than workers did before 2008. WE ALL(including you) DESERVE BETTER!

I’m hoping they get atleast 32 a hour free insurance and a pension.i work for Neapco drivelines are contract is up next march we are at 27 but hope we can make it to atleast 32 and be at 35 by the end of the next one
