what if we’re looking into buying a house that needs work but is 75k, 3 bed 1 bath, and has a fenced in backyard and is a neighborhood we know and are comfortable in. it just needs flooring, painting, and kitchen cabinets

Shop around for a survey, appraisal, home insurance and closing cost. Review the fees… I have bought properties and I just bought the 75k house and the fees are ridiculous. I compared prior loans what happened
