also!! if you don’t have a lot of time in the mornings, i have been loving putting everything in the slow cooker the night before and then popping it in the fridge to marinate overnight! it’s even quicker in the morning plus yummier because it marinated

Mexican chipotle: chuck or brisket beef, x1 can diced tomatoes, x1 onion sliced, x3 cloves garlic, x1 jar of La Costeña chipotle sauce, x1 pack of taco seasoning and beef broth to cover the meat. 6-8hrs serve with corn tortillas.

We bought a Russell Hobbs sear slow cooker, you can sear on the stove and then set it in the divice, works great, only 100 bucks

I do 2 jars of Pataks Butter chicken a packet of chicken thighs that’s it and one of my family’s favourites. I let it cook all day shred the chicken when ready to eat then serve it with coconut rice so simple and so delicious
