I was working in an ngo as event manager. The social media manager and the team leader quit. Their duties were added to mine. Then one social social worker quit and her duties were added to mine. No one asked. I ended up managing 5 departments because they added a new department and decided i would do that too. I ended up quitting cause i couldnt handle it anymore. I was working 6am to 11pm sometimes. No appreciation. Always getting yelled at for the slightest thing. I quit then others quit too. They went from a 17 people team to a 3 people team in less than 6 months
