We have to scan things in and scan things out so the system can let you know if something is in stock or not. If you take it out the drawer it confuses our system. 😩 So when customers do buy online pick up in store and we open the drawers and nothing is there we get yelled at by not only the customer but manager.

Yeaaah you’re not supposed to go in the drawers. You should ask one of the beauty advisors. And the reason why that store might not have Cyklar is because they’re not an A store. Bigger stores get newer releases first.

You’re not supposed to go into the drawers (which was something I used to do as well and even gotten yelled at 😭), I used to work there they have to scan it in the system, because it does come up short on inventory should someone check.
