@claremorrow_ifbbpro: 🤗❤️ Open me, & your foot positioning matters a lot on your hip thrusts. If your feet are too far forward, that’s going to hit your hamstrings. When your feet are too far back that’s going to be more quads. But if your feet are at 90°, that is all glutes. Try 15 reps & 3-4 sets.
