I’ve been suffering with bpd symptoms for years but I’ve never gone to get checked because I don’t have outbursts at people. I recently looked into “quiet” bpd and finally contacted the doctor. I hope it isn’t bpd but whatever it is I NEED help

ik i should just go and ask fir a diagnosis but i fear my family will say i dont have it so ill just wait till i can go there without needing my oarents which only takes 2 months now bc i have so many overlapping symtops the most is dake memories, i have memories that are not possible for me to have bc i didnt even exist at that time so its literally impossibke butbi feel like i was there physically
