I just ordered factor, because my meds completely remove my appetite and I need to have something ready to go in order to eat or a snack. People call me lazy, like a lot! It sucks because the alternative is I won’t have any cognitive ability to recognize that I should eat.

I do good for meals getting about 1500-1800 calories for my meals but then I snack to much on occasions since there isnt alot of low calorie snacks though my avocado oil nori snacks are good and only 25 calories
