fr tho i obsessed over it that I was able to switch chords in 3 days, I don't really know how it happened so fast, probably because I actually listen to songs actively and focus on rhythm, and the first plucking song i memorized the pattern and the tabs in 5 minutes, so even when I sleep I lay w the guitar beside me and try to exercise my hands getting use to plucking strings until i fall asleep, it doesn't rlly matter because i was trying to gain muscle memory, and when i wake up I'd do it again right away because that's when the brain is mostly learning. Damn I'm telling you it was effective. In a week I was able to do barre chords. I'm not yet a pro I haven't worked on fully learning the music theory, and I can't shred it yet cuz this mf's action could work as a zipline, but the thing is at least now I can play and gradually work on it. So yess hyperfixation is what really helped me💀💀 thank god for the free time I don't even know how i managed to learn during that era when I have classes, but it's js the power of being obsessed w the idea lol

I got the C chord down pretty fast it’s just the G chord that stumps me. Not because my fingers can’t reach but because there’s not enough space in between the strings for my fingers without muting the other strings 😭
