Orthodontic assistant here, never stop wearing your retainers! If I were you, I would ask for essix retainers they are similar to Invisalign but a retainer. They hold your teeth better than the ones you have(they are called hawley retainers). The essix retainers are less bulky, clear and encapsulated all your teeth.

Got the clear ones and they broke like a year after. I think I grind at night thats why it didn't last but it's good when it comes to maintaining my teeth straight.
