Anesthesia is definitely NOT the DJ lmao the Circulator is 😎 secondly, “I concur” that surgeons do not say “scalpel”, it’s either “blade”, “knife”, or “10-, 11-, or 15-blade” depending on the procedure if it requires opening multiple types of blades. After watching Grey’s Anatomy for so many years before working in the OR, I was shocked that literally no one in the OR asks for a scalpel (by that name).

I am retired OBG. Dr. Robbie did a C- section in the ER. I was screaming at the tv…..call OB! I would have been down there in 3 minutes. Despite that, great show

I could only get through a few episodes…. But I sure do like Noah Wiley (I used to work at a surgery center and they definitely played music, talked about Disneyland - I used to have to call in the room during surgery to find out what they want for lunch)

I agree with the medicine being accurate. it's nice to see them not shocking asystole. LOL! Bear in mind, I am a fire/medic that did a short stint in the ED only to go back to the field because of the autonomy. For what it's worth though, I do say concur A LOT! "Do you concur, I concur. ALWAYS concur."
