I work in an Emergency Room and this is no lie I’ve walked nearly 19,000 steps in a 12 hour shift and by 7am I can barely get out of my car from aching so bad lol I get it 😭

Lol, I am not a nurse but I am nurse tech and I work med surg 12 hour shifts it’s no joke . It can be exhausting. Some days I work two days and then a few days off. But, it takes two days to get myself together and start all over again .
