I use a titanium dead stretching kit and they have half sizes for all gauges and I find it makes stretching up sooo much easier 😭😭 please take stretching slow and don't use tapers 🫡🫡

About the nose piercing, when I got mine, the stud had fallen out and I got some alternative studs I didn’t like so I ended up just putting in a hoop after 3-4 weeks so about a month. It is different for everyone but mine healed perfectly and I haven’t had many problems with it. I hope this helps!
