Yet, so many civilians out there like to insult and belittle our frontliners. training does not prepare for real life cases, 90% of the time. Most times need to quick think, improvise or even request help frm public

ya not easy random auntie fainted frm heat stroke and I panic already but really right not easy I saw the medics rushing over but when they are checking on her they are so calm. we cld only hold fan and cool her down while trying to make sure she stays awake give her water, call ambulance and her family .. worst thing no one picked up her phone then the staff thr said she always comes here and has fainted multiple times.. in the end she dw go hospital and insisted on gg home by herself .. so sad eh nit judging but i hope the family can try to convince her or assign someone to be with her when she goes out shes old and cant handle the heat already..
