My daughter was seriously injured a couple of years ago life changing injuries and the police failed her dearly found at fault after an external inquiry found in our favour. The last thing I would have wanted was for anyone to use my daughters name like this. The guy who hurt her did start drinking and said it was because of my daughter!!! My response to him and his family “NOT IN MY DAUGHTERS NAME” it actually made me so cross. Lucky my daughter wasn’t unlived. I wanted accountability from the guy I wanted justice but I never wanted my daughter to be used as a weapon or an excuse for bad behaviour

Its broke my heart seeing that, cant even begin to imagine how the family must be feeling. How have things got so bad here now. As a mum its frightening. Henry's dad's message is powerful and took strength and one that should never of had to be made in the 1st place. Its 2026 and we are living in an utter nightmare, I have zero confidence in anything being learnt from this nor getting better. I also dont want to watch what unfolds now from some of the likely protesting or people having their say, they will be fighting for the fight not the cause or actual message 💚
