During the interview it was ok. But once I got in I heard that they had a high turnover. Slowly I’m beginning to see why. Also their is no clear process how things work and no clear guidance 😅

the first slide!! i remember having my first job offer and they were only giving me 2 days to sign the contract. it was a good thing i told my family about it and asked for opinions. in the end, i ended up not signing it. still unemployed for 6 months. there was a moment where i felt guilty not immediately signing it because now i don't have a job.. but after seeing this post, i think it was supposed to happen. still finding for one tho and never giving up.

new employer made me sign a JO with an inaccurate gross compensation package on the spot. after showing that i'm willing to leave, they increased my salary for me to sign the JO the spot. I start next week then will still have to sign the contract by then. i'm not planning to stay long

Thank you so much for this one. This is what I have noticed as well from my previous job. It is kinda weird that they kept on hiring only to find out that the environment inside is too toxic and they do not care to at least change the system. The main problem is their process.
