Inclined dumbell fly, Horizontal sholder adduction movment sihon it trains the Sternal Coastal head of yante chest so basically iyetetekemk yalehew Lower and middle chest nw yaw tnsh triceps yinoral but it is just from holding it(isometric), and this fly is better than flat bench ke chest isolation antsar kayenew cuz elbow extension yelem, my bad there is also a little bit ofnupper chest(becase there is a little bit of sholder flexion, so elbow flexion is an inward and upward movt of ur sholder here ur doing the up ward only movt👍(I am writing like this so it dont look like Chgpt👍
